Clear communication is critical to how we work, and we will keep you regularly updated on how your home renovation project is going. Any questions or queries, we’re just a phone call, email, or face-to-face conversation away.

Frequently asked questions
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in the Highlands, but we’re available to carry out home renovation projects all across Scotland.
What home renovations do you specialise in?
We carry out an extensive range of home renovation services, including kitchen remodelling, bathroom refitting, and garage conversions. Whether you need one room refurbishing or your entire property renovating, get in touch to see how we can help.
The cost will vary depending on the type of work and the property’s existing condition. For example, a kitchen refit will cost more than a bathroom refit, and issues like rot, woodworm, and subsidence can all add to the cost of a project.
When we provide a quote for your project, we offer a full breakdown of all the work needed, so you know exactly how much your renovation will cost from the offset.
The time it takes will depend on the size and complexity of the project. Before we start your project, we’ll provide an estimated work timeline so you have a clear idea of how long the work will take. If there are any issues with the estimated timeline during the renovation project, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
It depends on what renovation work you need and where you live. Planning permission is typically not required for work that only affects the inside of a building, but there are exceptions, for example, if you live in a listed building.
We’ll let you know if you need planning permission for your renovation project and who you need to contact.
