What we require from you

– Demonstrated experience as a joiner, both 1st and 2nd fix.

– Precision and attention to detail.

– Hardworking and organised.

– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

– Full UK driving license (essential).

– Own tools.

– Valid CSCS Card.

– Willingness to travel to sites across the Highlands.

– Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to standing for extended periods; lifting heavy loads; working at height; and working in all weather conditions.

– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

– Commitment to safety rules.

– Ability to follow instructions.

– Proactive and able to use your own initiative.

– Ability to problem-solve on the spot.

Being CHAS accredited, we require all our employees to be conscious of health and safety and to respect health and safety rules and regulations at all times.

We provide company hoodies and t-shirts, Hi-Vis, hard hats, ear defenders, eye and hand protection – you must have your own safety boots and workwear.
