Client Brief

We carried out this work on behalf of Thermopassive, a North Scotland-based architect specialising in highly insulated buildings. They asked us to help construct a bungalow from energy-efficient SIP panels.

What We Did

As SIP installation specialists, we erected the SIP panel shell, which included the walls and windows of the bungalow. We also wrapped the walls and covered the roof with a membrane to ensure the property was watertight.

The Result

The project took us just 20 days from the SIP panels arriving on-site to the shell being erected and wrapped. We worked closely with other subcontractors to ensure the work was completed quickly and without disruption.

We regularly carry out work for Thermopassive, who are pleased with our efficiency and transparent communication.
