Client Brief

This is a new build project we carried out from start to finish for a client in Ardross.

They purchased a corner plot of land with lovely views and were looking for a resplendent home to match. The client wanted a 3-bedroom house with a large open-plan living and kitchen area, an outside decking area for relaxing in the summer, and a shed for storage.

What We Did

Our team used durable and weatherproof SIP panels cladded in a grey timber chosen by the client. The Planwell roofing system came in a grey colour that perfectly complemented the outside of the home.

We built the home layout to the specifics requested by the client. As well as the bedrooms and living space, we created a sizeable family bathroom, utility room, small toilet with a shower, and an additional room that can be used as a spare bedroom or a study.

The deck runs from the front door to the back of the property, with a shed built in the exact same style as the house.

The Result

The client knew what they wanted for this new build project, and we managed the work to ensure we met their exact specifications. We’re proud to have been involved in the construction of this stunning, modern home.
