Working closely with the client, we constructed the external walls with SIP panels for energy efficiency, clad in a mixture of Larch and K-Rend insulated render systems in Ivory.
We installed a Tata Steel Urban Colour-Coat roofing system, designed to be long-lasting, easy maintenance, and energy-efficient.
As well as working on the exterior of the building, we also worked on the interior. We constructed the timber frame walls and plasterboarded and plastered the entire building. Our joinery specialists also built a bespoke staircase on-site from the finest chestnut wood.
Clear communication is essential on all new build projects, and we liaised with the client daily, keeping them up to speed with what phase of the project we were on.
The client had a specific vision in mind for their home. They were delighted with the end result and the attention to detail our team provided throughout. As we did all the work ourselves, this saved the client time and meant they could focus on other elements of the house build.
